Role & responsibilities:

- System Support & Monitoring: Assist in supporting Linux-based products, monitor system health, and report anomalies under supervision.

- Troubleshooting & Testing: Learn to resolve basic configuration and performance issues; support testing in hybrid Linux and Windows environments.

- Customer Communication: Handle customer queries via tickets, email, or phone under guidance; document issues clearly and escalate complex problems.

- Collaboration & Learning: Coordinate with internal teams to replicate and resolve issues, apply logical problem-solving, and stay updated on product knowledge and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of Linux OS (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.)hands-on experience in labs or projects preferred.

- Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).

- Awareness of Windows Server environments is a plus.

- Valuable to have: basic knowledge of shell scripting or command-line tools.
