We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities at our battery manufacturing plant in Dera Bassi. The candidate will be responsible for managing production operations, manpower, quality, safety, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Manage and allocate manpower across production lines.
- Monitor production processes, machine operations, and workflow.
- Ensure production is carried out as per quality standards and SOPs.
- Identify and resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and other departments.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift-wise MIS.
- Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw materials.
- Monitor wastage, rejection, and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping standards.




- Train and guide production workers on processes and safety practices.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or a related field.
- Experience in Battery production/manufacturing operations.
- Experience in battery manufacturing, automotive, electrical, or engineering manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of production processes, manpower handling, and shop-floor operations.
- Ability to manage workers and meet production targets.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, 5S, and basic quality practices will be an advantage.
