SUPERVISOR – DOOR FRAME SECTION

Designation: Door Frame Section Supervisor

Reporting To: Production Manager / Senior Factory Manager

Location: Aluva Plant

Job Purpose To supervise and control the day-to-day production activities of the Door Frame Section, ensuring required quantity, quality, productivity, and timely completion of door frame orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily door frame production activities and allocate work to operators/workers.
- Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, sizes, specifications, and work instructions.
- Monitor cutting, machining, assembly, and other frame-related processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time.
- Check dimensions, joints, alignment, finishing, and overall quality of frames.
- Coordinate with Planning, QC, Stores, and Dispatch for smooth production flow.
- Identify and resolve production issues,



material shortages, and machine-related problems.
- Minimize material wastage, rework, rejection, and production delays.
- Ensure proper utilization and handling of machines, tools, and materials.
- Maintain daily production records and report completed and pending work.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards, uniform, and ID-card requirements.
- Train and guide operators/workers on correct production methods.
- Report major quality, manpower, machine, or material issues to the Production Manager/Senior Factory Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
