Production Supervisor Engineer jobs /: Role &

responsibilities Lead, supervise and Train shop/-floor operators across production and stores to ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards. Coordinate closely with planning and production teams to achieve production targets and meet customer delivery schedules. Act as the key interface for customer communication, including handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.

Analyze production data and generate reports to drive improvements in Quality, On/-Time Delivery /(OTD/), and cost efficiency. Ensure material availability and optimize the usage of consumables for efficient operations.

Support New Product

Introductions /(NPIs/), Failure Analysis /(FA/), and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance to Production and Quality teams on process, product, and testing/-related challenges.



Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Engineering /(Electronics / Electrical / Production or related discipline/). 3/-7 years of hands/-on experience in a manufacturing/production environment /(preferably electronics manufacturing/).

Strong problem/-solving and troubleshooting skills in production and equipment/-related issues.

Experience in handling shop/-floor operations and team coordination. Strong communication skills for customer interaction and cross/-functional collaboration. Ability to work in a fast/-paced, deadline/-driven workplace.
