Job Role & Responsibilities:

1.Oversee the production process and ensure adherence to quality standards.

2.Monitor raw material quality and production efficiency.

3.Conduct inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.

1. Maintain and update production and quality control reports.

5.Work closely with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep. 6.Ensure workplace safety and compliance with industry regulations.

7.Train and supervise production staff for smooth workflow.

8.Collaborate with other departments for process improvements.

Skills Required:
