Position: Production & Planning Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Production & Planning Engineer to manage day-to-day factory production planning and ensure smooth execution of LT Panel manufacturing activities. The candidate will coordinate with Design, Fabrication, Assembly, Testing, Stores, and Dispatch teams to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Allocate daily workload to production teams and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with Design and Fabrication teams for drawings, technical requirements, and production priorities.
- Monitor LT Panel assembly, wiring, testing, rectification, and final clearance.
- Coordinate with Stores/Purchase for timely availability of materials.
- Track production delays, bottlenecks, rework, and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper coordination between departments for smooth factory workflow.
- Maintain daily production reports and update management on production status.
- Ensure jobs are completed as per quality standards and committed delivery schedules.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in LT Panel manufacturing / electrical panel manufacturing / production planning.
- Positive knowledge of LT Panels, panel testing, fabrication, assembly, and shop-floor operations.
- Good communication, coordination, planning, and team-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/MRP knowledge will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
