Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise daily production activities as per the production plan.

- Allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet production targets.

- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Tool Room departments.

- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, rejection, rework, and downtime.

- Ensure proper handling of machines, tools, fixtures, and materials.

- Identify production problems and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.

- Maintain production records, shift reports, and relevant documentation.

- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety procedures, and company policies.

- Train and guide operators to improve productivity and work quality.

- Monitor shift-wise production performance and achieve planned targets.





- Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5S, and waste reduction.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

- Leadership and manpower handling skills.

- Knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management.

- Basic understanding of quality tools and problem-solving techniques.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure.

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/automotive industry.

- Experience in CNC/VMC/HMC or machining production will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
