Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PPC qualified who can take ownership of the complete Production Planning & Control function for our jewellery manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning daily production, monitoring production progress, maintaining material and stock records, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production based on orders, production requirements, available resources, and delivery timelines.

- Monitor and track daily production inflow, work-in-progress (WIP), and completed production.

- Maintain accurate records of how much production is received, how much is processed, and how much is completed on a daily basis.

- Coordinate closely with the Production Team to ensure daily production targets are achieved.

- Monitor the complete production flow across different stages of jewellery manufacturing and ensure timely movement of work from one stage to another.

- Maintain and monitor raw material, consumables, semi-finished goods, finished goods, and production-related stock.

- Ensure that required materials are available as per production plans and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for material requirements.

- Track material consumption and identify any shortage, excess consumption,



wastage, or discrepancies.

- Maintain proper records of opening stock, incoming material, material issued to production, consumption, and closing stock.

- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Production, Quality, and other relevant departments for smooth production operations.

- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, planning sheets, MIS reports, and production status reports.

- Compare planned production with actual production and identify delays, bottlenecks, or deviations.

- Follow up with production teams on pending jobs and ensure that production schedules are met within the required timelines.

- Monitor production capacity, manpower availability, pending orders, and work-in-progress to optimize production planning.

- Identify production-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.

- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all production-related activities.

- Provide regular updates to management regarding production status, pending work, material availability, stock position, and production targets.

- Maintain accurate and confidential production and material-related data.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
