- Must have experience of working in Chemical Manufacturing Plant.
- Must Have knowledge of BMR and Manual Plant operations.
- Candidate should have skills of managing people. There must be at least 10 to 15 people working under him, including operators and workers.
- He should have excellent communication skills so that he can get results from lab or if there is pending work from maintenance department, he can get it done.
