Key Responsibilities
- Operate Glass Line Reactors, Stainless Steel Reactors, centrifuges, dryers and other production equipment as per SOP.
- Execute batch manufacturing activities as per BMR and production instructions.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, pH and reaction time.
- Handle charging, material transfer, filtration, drying and packing activities safely.
- Maintain proper production records and batch documentation.
- Follow GMP, EHS, SOP and safety requirements at all times.
- Report process abnormalities, equipment issues and deviations to the Shift In-charge.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure secure working conditions in the production area.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and EHS for smooth batch execution.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma /Bsc
Experience: 15 Years in API / Pharma / Chemical manufacturing preferred.
