Quick Release Couplings and Manifolds.

We are currently looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:

Position

Trainee Engineer / Jr. Engineer / Engineer / Sr. Engineer Production & Manufacturing Engineering

Job Responsibilities

Production Engineering

- Handle and supervise day-to-day production activities as a Production Engineer.
- Manage production activities on HMC and CNC machines.
- Ensure smooth production flow and achievement of daily production targets.
- Monitor machine performance, productivity, quality, and process compliance.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues to minimize machine downtime and rejection.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and other departments for smooth production operations.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and production standards.
- Monitor and improve machine utilization, cycle time, productivity, and process efficiency.

Manufacturing Engineering & New Product Development

- Handle recent product development (NPD) activities on HMC and CNC machines.
- Study and understand component drawings, specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements.
- Develop the manufacturing process for new products as per the approved drawing.
- Set up new products on HMC/CNC machines and establish the required machining process.
- Develop and optimize machine setting, tooling, fixtures, cutting tools, and machining parameters.
- Prepare and implement process sheets,



operation sequences, setup sheets, and work instructions for new products.
- Conduct first-piece trials and prove-out of new components as per drawing requirements.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and achieve required tolerances, surface finish, and quality parameters.
- Optimize cycle time and machining processes during new product development.
- Troubleshoot machining and process-related issues during trials and production.
- Work closely with the Design/Engineering, Quality, Tool Room, and Production teams for successful product launch.
- Support process improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and rejection reduction initiatives.
- Ensure smooth transition of successfully developed products from NPD to regular production.
- Support process validation and continuous improvement of existing products.

Qualification

- Diploma and BE in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
- B.Sc. candidates may also apply, provided they have relevant manufacturing/production experience.

Experience 0 to 10 years

Freshers with the relevant qualification are also encouraged to apply.

Salary

2.70 Lakhs to 12.0 Lakhs per annum, depending on qualification, interview performance, and relevant experience.
