1. Job Summary

Skyloc Dentec Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to supervise and manage the production activities of dental chairs at our manufacturing unit. The candidate must have proven experience in supervising production operations in a manufacturing unit and should be capable of managing technicians, monitoring production targets, maintaining raw-material availability, and ensuring that dental chairs are manufactured as per the required quality and production schedule.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the production team achieves the specified targets assigned to individual technicians, while maintaining proper coordination, discipline, quality standards, and timely completion of production work.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Production Supervision

- Supervise the complete production process of dental chairs in the manufacturing unit.
- Allocate production work and targets to technicians according to their skills and production requirements.
- Ensure that technicians complete the specified production targets within the given time frame.
- Monitor the daily production progress of each technician.
- Maintain daily and monthly production records of technicians.
- Identify delays, production issues, or bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, machinery, and other production resources.
- Coordinate with management regarding production requirements, progress, and challenges.

B. Technician Management
- Supervise and guide all technicians working in the dental-chair production unit.
- Ensure that technicians follow the production process and assigned responsibilities properly.
- Monitor individual technician performance against the targets provided.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, productivity, and proper working practices within the production team.
- Provide technical or operational guidance wherever required.
- Report repeated delays, negligence, poor performance, or failure to achieve assigned targets to management.

C. Raw Material & Stock Management
- Maintain proper stock of raw materials, components, consumables, and other items required for manufacturing dental chairs.
- Regularly check the availability of production materials.
- Maintain proper records of incoming,



issued, used, and available raw materials.
- Inform management/purchase department in advance regarding materials that are running low or are required for upcoming production.
- Ensure that production does not stop due to avoidable shortages of raw materials.
- Prevent unnecessary wastage, misuse, or loss of raw materials.
- Coordinate with the purchase/store department for timely procurement and availability of required materials.

D. Quality Control
- Ensure that dental chairs are manufactured according to the company's approved specifications and quality standards.
- Check the quality of work performed by technicians at different stages of production.
- Identify manufacturing defects and ensure that necessary corrections are completed.
- Ensure proper assembly, wiring, tubing, fitting, finishing, and functionality of dental chairs.
- Minimize rejection, rework, material wastage, and production-related complaints.

E. Production Planning & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily production plans based on company requirements.
- Track the number of dental chairs completed by each technician.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management.
- Report target achievement, pending work, material requirements, and production problems.
- Coordinate production priorities according to dispatch, installation, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of production commitments given by the company.

1. Required Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in production supervision in a manufacturing unit.
- Experience in dental chair manufacturing, medical equipment manufacturing, or similar equipment manufacturing will be preferred.
- Graduate/Diploma/ITI or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical or manufacturing field will be preferred.
- Must have practical experience in handling and supervising technicians/workers.
- Must have experience in production planning, target allocation, stock monitoring, and production reporting.





Mandatory Requirement The candidate must have proven experience in supervising production activities in a manufacturing unit. Candidates without relevant production-supervision experience will not be preferred.

- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel/Google Sheets, will be preferred.

1. Performance Expectations

The Production Supervisor will be expected to:
- Achieve the production targets assigned by management.
- Ensure technicians complete their assigned targets within the specified timeline.
- Maintain adequate stock of required raw materials.
- Minimize production delays and material wastage.
- Maintain required quality standards of dental chairs.
- Maintain accurate production and stock records.
- Ensure proper discipline and productivity of the production team.
- Immediately report any major production, material, quality, or manpower issue to management.

1. Accountability

The Production Supervisor shall be accountable for the overall production output, technician productivity, availability of raw materials, production quality, and timely completion of assigned manufacturing targets. Any shortage of raw material due to failure to monitor stock levels, avoidable production delays, repeated failure to achieve assigned targets, or negligence in production supervision may be reviewed by the management.

Pay: ₹18,328.44 - ₹25,000.00 per month
