Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead our factory floor operations, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate directly with customers through installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the production team, ensuring quality, timelines, and productive shop-floor operations
- Coordinate with vendors for materials, fabrication support, and timely procurement
- Liaise directly with customers on production status, requirements, and delivery schedules




- Oversee installation and commissioning of equipment at client sites
- Travel domestically and internationally as required for site installations

Requirements

- Proven experience managing a production team in a manufacturing/fabrication environment
- Strong vendor coordination and customer-facing communication skills
- Hands-on experience with equipment installation and commissioning
- Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory); working knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
- Willingness and flexibility to travel abroad when required
