- Production Planning and Scheduling: Create daily and weekly manufacturing schedules to meet sales targets while managing inventory for raw and packaging materials.

- Quality and Regulatory Compliance: Maintain Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines specific to cosmetics.

- Floor Operations and Equipment Supervision: Oversee mixing, compounding, filling, and packaging lines, ensuring minimum downtime and optimal equipment performance.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Research & Development (R&D;), and procurement teams for smooth product launches and issue resolution.

- Cost and Budget Management: Monitor production expenditures, reduce waste,



and improve resource efficiency without compromising product integrity.

- Team Leadership and Training: Train plant workers on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and performance targets.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
