Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of acoustic panels, soundproofing systems, and related products.

2. Develop production schedules based on customer orders, project timelines, and capacity requirements.

3. Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization to achieve operational targets.

4. Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

5. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to minimize defects, rework, and material wastage.

6. Manage production teams, including supervisors, operators, and technicians, ensuring optimal workforce performance.

7. Coordinate with procurement, stores, design, and project teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability and workflow.

8. Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

9. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

10. Analyze production data and prepare reports on output, efficiency, quality, costs, and improvement initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement through lean manufacturing practices.

12. Control production costs, labor utilization, and inventory levels while maintaining product quality and delivery commitments.

13. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to improve skills, performance, and operational discipline.

14. Resolve production-related issues, bottlenecks, and customer quality concerns in a timely manner.

15. Support management in achieving business objectives through effective planning, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.

- 510+ years of production/manufacturing experience, preferably in acoustic products, interiors, construction materials, or fabrication industries.

- Solid knowledge of production planning, quality management, inventory control, and safety practices.

- Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and production reporting tools.
