Role Description This is a full-time, in office Production Manager role based in Kanpur.

The Production

Manager will oversee daily production operations, plan and schedule manufacturing activities, and ensure output meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams, monitoring production lines, optimizing resource utilization, and resolving operational issues. The role involves implementing process improvements,



enforcing safety and compliance standards, and maintaining accurate production reports and documentation.

The Production

Manager will also lead and develop production staff, manage performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning, workflow management, and manufacturing operations skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage shop-floor staff, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, productivity improvement, and compliance with safety standards.
- Experience using production tracking, reporting, and basic manufacturing software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Production, Mechanical, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Production Manager or similar role in textiles, apparel, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
