The Production Manager - Events will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of events. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics and operations, working closely with vendors, stakeholders, and the event planning team to deliver impeccable events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Successful execution of events within approved timelines and budgets.
Vendor performance and coordination.
Quality of event production and finishing.
Timely completion of setup and dismantling.
Effective management of production teams.
Client satisfaction.
Cost control and reduction of production-related errors.
Effective handling of on-site challenges.
