Role Description The Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end furniture production process at Aakriti Perspectives LLP, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

This full time, on-site role in Dehradun involves planning daily production schedules, coordinating with design and procurement teams, and supervising workshop staff and vendors.

The Production Manager will monitor material usage, enforce safety and quality protocols, and optimize workflows and resource allocation.

The role includes troubleshooting production issues, maintaining equipment and inventory, and preparing regular progress reports for leadership.





The Production Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to building a collaborative, efficient production environment.

Qualifications

E

- xperience in furniture designing and experience in a manufacturing unit of any interior fit-outs, or a related industry.
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of furniture production processes
- Location is Selakui industrial area, dehradun, please only apply if you are comfortable with the distance.

We offer a maximum salary cost of 50,000 INR alongside stay.
