Role Description The Production Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of immigration-related service workflows, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client applications. This full-time, in office role based in Canada involves managing daily operations, allocating resources, supervising teams, and monitoring performance against service targets.

The Production

Manager will work closely with consultants and support staff to streamline documentation, maintain quality standards, and adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.

Responsibilities include tracking case progress, resolving operational issues, optimizing processes, and reporting key metrics to leadership.



The role also requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve client experience and support continuous improvement initiatives.
