WE’RE HIRING | PRODUCTION HEAD

Prints by Radhika is looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Head to join our team in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete production process from sampling to final finishing
- Coordinate with tailors, karigars, embroiderers, printers and other vendors
- Manage production timelines and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain quality standards across garments and finishing
- Handle production planning, costing and material requirements
- Coordinate closely with the design and merchandising teams
- Monitor multiple orders simultaneously and resolve production-related issues
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors and artisans

Requirements:
- Prior experience in fashion/apparel production
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, embroidery,



fabrics and finishing
- Excellent vendor and team management skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Candidates with experience in luxury / premium fashion will be preferred
