Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage day-to-day manufacturing activities and ensure smooth and timely completion of production work. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with production teams, monitoring work progress, maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient utilization of manpower and materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Supervise production staff and coordinate work allocation.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate with fabrication, winding, assembly and testing teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials and machine utilization.
- Check production activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify delays, operational issues and production bottlenecks.




- Coordinate with quality and testing teams for timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain daily production reports, records and MIS.
- Monitor wastage, rework and rejection and support corrective measures.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with management regarding production status and requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production operations.
- Relevant experience in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing preferred.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Experience in handling production teams and daily operations.
- Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
