Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to meet output and quality targets

- Ensure adherence to Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant quality/regulatory standards

- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, machine downtime, and process inefficiencies

- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality and reduce rejection rates

- Prepare and maintain production reports, SOPs, and process documentation

- Supervise machine operators and production staff; provide training as needed

- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

- Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement/stores

- Ensure workplace safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized production floor

- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (or related field)

- 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices/healthcare products

- Working knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, or other relevant quality standards

- Familiarity with production planning, machine operations, and quality control processes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems

- Good communication and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with injection molding, assembly lines, or sterile product manufacturing (if applicable to product line)

- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma tools

- Knowledge of regulatory documentation for medical products

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
