Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implement strategies to enhance productivity without compromising on quality standards.

2. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications through regular quality checks and inspections.
- Address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent reoccurrence.

3. Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve production targets and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work workplace.

4. Inventory Management:

- Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for production activities.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage inventory replenishment and supply chain logistics.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory records, and quality control documentation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar Production or Manufacturing role
- Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment. Job Type: Full-time
