Role Purpose

Lead production operations to achieve safe, reliable, cost-effective and quality-compliant production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop daily, monthly and annual production plans.
- Lead production operations and shift management.
- Optimize productivity, yield and energy consumption.
- Monitor production quality and process parameters.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, process engineering and logistics.
- Analyze production losses and implement corrective actions.
- Manage manpower and shift deployment.
- Ensure SOP compliance.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Lead production performance reviews.
- Ensure HSE and environmental compliance.

The ideal candidates should have:
- 15-25 years of total professional experience.
- Strong experience in steel, metals, heavy engineering, EPC or large industrial projects.
- Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid EPC contractor and technology supplier management experience.
- Experience in commissioning and plant ramp-up is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
- Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites as required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
