Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and control daily production activities to meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with various departments (HR, Purchase, QC) for smooth operations.
- Ensure effective manpower handling through productive scheduling and planning.
- Oversee assembly planning, line balancing, and shift planning to optimize productivity.
- Monitor production performance using MIS reports and take corrective actions as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field.
- Diploma or B.Tech degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Computers).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
