Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Assistant to support the production team in day-to-day manufacturing activities. The candidate will assist operators and supervisors with material handling, packing, workplace organization, and other production-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist operators and production staff in daily activities.
- Support material loading, unloading, shifting, and arrangement.
- Assist with packing and preparation of finished products.
- Arrange raw materials, tools, and finished goods properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow instructions given by the Production Supervisor.
- Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or wastage.
- Assist in counting and checking materials when required.




- Follow company safety rules and use required safety equipment.
- Report damaged materials, unsafe conditions, or production issues to the supervisor.
- Support other production-related activities as assigned.

Requirements
- Fresher candidates can apply.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on the shop floor.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of safety and workplace discipline.
- Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/factory workplace.
- Basic knowledge of tools, materials, or packing activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
