Role Description The PRODUCTION DGM/Manager will oversee end-to-end production operations at the Hyderabad manufacturing facility in an on-site, full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality parameters, and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization, maintain production schedules, and implement process improvements. The PRODUCTION DGM/Manager will lead and mentor production staff, conduct training on operational and safety procedures, and ensure documentation and reporting are accurate and timely.





This role also requires active participation in audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high performance and compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and production management skills, including capacity planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in quality control, process compliance, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Experience in training and developing production staff, with a focus on safety, operational discipline, and performance.
- Proven leadership experience in a plant or production setting, ideally within explosives, chemicals, or heavy industry.
- Solid understanding of industrial safety standards, statutory regulations, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage operations in a high-compliance, safety-critical environment.
