Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily production activities for Fan Assembly, Motor Winding and TPW (Thermal/Testing Process as applicable).

- Achieve production targets with focus on quality, productivity, cost and delivery.

- Monitor and control assembly-line operations, manpower and machine utilization.

- Ensure correct winding parameters, wire specifications, turns, insulation and process controls.

- Monitor TPW/process testing and ensure products meet defined specifications.

- Conduct line balancing, cycle-time analysis and productivity improvement.

- Identify and reduce rejection, rework, downtime and process defects.

- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and Poka-Yoke initiatives.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores and Engineering teams.





- Prepare daily production reports, rejection analysis and downtime reports.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, safety standards and control plans.

- Train operators on process standards and secure working practices.

- Support new model/product trials and process improvements.
