- Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities as per production schedules.

- Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.

- Supervise shop-floor activities and ensure smooth production flow.

- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improving productivity and reducing wastage.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.

- Maintain production reports, shift records, and other required documentation.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, PPC, and other departments for smooth operations.

- Monitor raw material availability and ensure proper material utilization.

- Implement 5S, Kaizen,



Lean Manufacturing, and other continuous improvement practices.

- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies on the shop floor.

- Analyze production issues and take corrective and preventive actions.

- Train and guide production operators and ensure proper work allocation.

- Support management in achieving productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
