Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Product Owner role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home.
The Product
Owner will collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business representatives to define product vision, prioritize backlogs, and ensure alignment with client and business goals. Daily responsibilities include gathering and refining requirements, writing user stories, managing the product roadmap, and coordinating releases to deliver incremental value. The role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, monitoring product performance, and incorporating feedback to improve features and user experience.
The Product
Owner will also work across international teams, support communication between technical and non-technical partners, and contribute to continuous improvement of product delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product ownership or product management, including backlog management, roadmap planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story writing, and prioritization within agile or Scrum environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas and decisions clearly.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model, engaging with local teams in Recent Delhi and international teams across different time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP) are an advantage.
- Experience in IT consultancy or services organizations and familiarity with global delivery models is beneficial.
- Demonstrated focus on user value, quality, and continuous improvement, with a pragmatic and people-centric mindset aligned with 7N’s culture.
