02— The role

Own SAP as a product rather than a programme. Make the core ERP a trusted backbone for manufacturing, supply chain, and finance across ten markets, and a clean, contracted interface that every Spiro-built application can depend on.

03— What you’ll own :

Core ERP Scope & Roadmap

Module scope across MM, SD, PP, PM and FICO, the release calendar, and a prioritized backlog written as specifications with named owners.

Order to Cash

Dealer and retail sales flows, pricing and discount control, credit blocks and limits, invoicing, country tax treatment, and revenue recognition that survives audit.

Procure to Pay & Manufacturing

Requisitions and vendor master, goods receipt, bills of material and production orders across four plants, and landed cost visibility from order to finished unit.

Inventory, Serialisation & Traceability





VIN and battery serial tracking, batch and serial management, plant-to-outlet stock movement, cycle counts, and shrinkage detection with a traceable chain of custody.

Master Data Governance

Material, vendor, customer, and organisational structure; a named ownership model, change control, and data quality service levels enforced at the point of entry.

Integrations & Middleware

Interface contracts to the Dealer App, Swap App, LOS/LMS, Credtrack, and Power BI, with error queues, replay, and daily reconciliation jobs that carry named owners.

Finance, Controlling & Compliance

Cost centers and profitability analysis, IFRS treatment, statutory and group reporting, audit trails, and segregation of duties across roles and markets.

Rollout & Localization

Country templates across OHADA and anglophone markets, currency and tax localization, data migration, cutover planning, and hyper care with a defined exit bar.

04 — What you’ll do

1.Convert business demand into a prioritized ERP roadmap with written specifications.

2.Ship releases and country or louts with clean cutovers and tested integrations.

3.Drive RCAs on data and interface failures, and close each at the process layer.
