Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Product Manager with 5–7 years of hands-on experience, preferably in hardware products, industrial equipment, machinery, B2B hardware, or engineering products.

What You’ll Do:

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and development to production, launch, and improvement.
- Translate customer/market requirements into product features, specifications, and actionable inputs.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Production, Quality, Sales, Management, and Customers to ensure smooth execution.
- Drive prototyping, testing, production readiness, installation/commissioning, and customer handover where required.
- Monitor product performance, quality, cost, timelines, feedback, and issues, and report progress/recommendations to management.

What You’ll Bring

- 5–7 years of Product Management experience with relevant physical/hardware products.
- Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing, technical specifications, drawings, and functionality.




- Strong cross-functional team coordination, stakeholder management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to take ownership, manage priorities, and drive products/projects to completion.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
