Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product journey from problem discovery to launch.

- Understand customer workflows through direct user/customer interactions.

- Identify problems and translate them into product opportunities.

- Define product requirements, workflows, user journeys and acceptance criteria.

- Prioritise solutions based on customer value, business impact and feasibility.

- Work closely with Design and Engineering teams.

- Define and track product metrics, adoption and product quality.

- Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and data.

Skills Required:

- 5-7+ years of experience, including 4+ years in Product Management.

- Experience in B2B, SaaS, ERP or workflow-heavy products.

- Strong customer discovery and product problem-solving skills.

- Experience building products in a 0-to-1 setting.

- Strong ownership, product judgment and prioritisation skills.

- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
