Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Siemens Teamcenter Data Migration Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in Teamcenter data migration, solution design, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in migrating data from legacy PLM systems to Teamcenter, robust SQL skills, Teamcenter data modeling knowledge, and experience working with migration utilities. The candidate will collaborate with customers and offshore teams to deliver successful migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Teamcenter data migration solutions.
- Migrate data from legacy PLM systems such as DesignCentral or Agile PLM to Siemens Teamcenter.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL) activities.
- Create data mapping documents and perform data validation to ensure migration accuracy.
- Develop and execute SQL queries for database validation and reporting.
- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Teamcenter migration utilities.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and offshore development teams.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-migration activities.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance throughout the migration process.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter implementation and data migration.
- Strong experience in Teamcenter solution design and implementation.




- Expertise in Teamcenter data migration, ETL concepts, data mapping, and validation.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Teamcenter database-level validations.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter Data Modeling.
- Experience with Teamcenter migration tools, including:
- CSV2TCXML
- TC_IMPORT
- PLM XML
- SQL Scripts
- Experience installing, administering, and troubleshooting Teamcenter migration utilities.
- Strong customer communication and offshore team coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience migrating from DesignCentral to Teamcenter.
- Experience migrating from Agile PLM to Teamcenter.
- Knowledge of ITK utility development and customization.
- Experience with Teamcenter configuration based on business requirements.
- Basic knowledge of BMIDE.
- Experience with Rich Client Plug-ins.
- Knowledge of Active Workspace Client (AWC).
- Experience working in Linux environments.
