We are looking for a Merchandising & Product Executive who can manage product assortments, develop product and service combinations, create attractive bundles and promotions, and support sales growth and profitability.

The role involves working closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Vendors and Service teams to develop customer-focused and commercially successful products and offers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify product and service opportunities and create bundles, combos and value-added packages.
- Manage product assortment, variants and pricing.
- Identify new products and services based on market trends.
- Plan product positioning and coordinate new product launches.
- Create combos, kits and bundles and calculate pricing, margins and profitability.
- Develop pricing and promotional offers and plan seasonal/bundle deals.
- Analyse competitor pricing and recommend pricing changes.
- Work with sales teams on high-potential products and services.
- Support sales with product and package details.




- Track sales performance and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitors and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for recent products and services.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and monitor quick/slow-moving products.
- Prepare regular reports on product, combo, service, margin, discount, movement and customer response.
- Track sales and profitability and recommend actions to improve performance.
