### About Roti Kulcha Naan

Roti Kulcha Naan is a growing food brand focused on serving great North Indian breads and food in a quick-service format.

We’re looking for energetic, curious and creative Product Growth & Marketing Interns who want to get hands-on experience building marketing for a real consumer brand.

This is not a typical internship where you'll spend three months making presentations and watching from the sidelines.

You’ll be involved in coming up with ideas, executing them, testing what works and measuring the results.

### What You'll Work On

Depending on your strengths and interests, you could work on projects across:

**Social Media & Content

- Plan and execute Instagram content and Reels
- Come up with creative content ideas around food, customers and the brand
- Help create photos and videos at our outlets
- Experiment with different content formats and understand what performs
- Build and maintain a content calendar

**Local Store Marketing

- Identify marketing opportunities around our outlets
- Plan campaigns targeting nearby colleges, offices, apartments and communities
- Explore partnerships with local businesses and communities
- Come up with ideas to increase awareness and footfall

**Customer Growth

- Develop ideas to bring in new customers
- Find ways to increase repeat orders
- Work on referral, loyalty and promotional campaigns
- Explore WhatsApp and other customer engagement channels

**Marketing Experiments

- Identify a problem or opportunity
- Come up with a campaign or experiment
- Execute it with the team
- Measure the results
- Figure out what worked and what didn't

**Competitor & Market Research

- Study other food and QSR brands




- Track their campaigns, offers and content
- Identify interesting ideas that RKN can learn from or test

### What We're Looking For

You don't need to have previous marketing experience.

We care more about how you think and how much initiative you take.

You'd be a excellent fit if you:

- Are creative and constantly coming up with ideas
- Understand Instagram, Reels and social media culture
- Enjoy creating content or experimenting with new formats
- Communicate well and aren't afraid to approach people
- Are curious about why customers behave the way they do
- Can take an idea from concept to execution
- Are comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
- Are willing to go beyond your assigned task when you see something that can be improved

Students pursuing Marketing, Business, Media, Design, Communications or similar fields are welcome to apply.

But your degree matters less to us than your ability, curiosity and attitude.
