Position: Product Development Executive

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a Product Development Executive with experience in food product development and R&D; to join our FMCG team.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Develop and formulate recent food products and recipes.
- Conduct product trials, prototype testing, and product improvement.
- Support scale-up from pilot production to commercial manufacturing.
- Understand ingredient functionality and interactions.
- Evaluate shelf life, nutritional values, product quality, and stability.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams during product development.
- Maintain product development records, formulations, and trial reports.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology,



Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Food R&D;, Product Development, Quality Control, or Food Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards such as HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and FSSAI.
