Key Responsibilities

- Design new watch collections, including dial, case, bezel, hands, crown, straps, buckles, and packaging designs.

- Research India & global watch, fashion, and lifestyle trends to identify new product opportunities.

- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to develop commercially successful products.

- Analyse sales data, customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to identify opportunities for new product development, product improvements, and portfolio optimization.

- Leverage data-driven insights from e-commerce platforms, retail performance, and consumer behaviour to support product design decisions and forecasting.

- Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and technical specifications for new products.

- Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, textures, and components based on design and cost objectives.

- Maintain design documentation, product specifications.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure product designs align with customer needs and brand strategy.

Requirements

- Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Accessories Design,



Jewellery Design, market analysis or a related discipline.

- 6-8 years of experience in product design, with preference given to candidates from the watch industry.

- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, color palettes, materials, finishes, and design aesthetics.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.

- Proficiency in designing softwares.

- Excellent attention to detail and solid visualization skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple product development projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Preference to Good understanding of the watch market, consumer buying behavior, and premium product positioning.

- Passion for watches, fashion, and emerging design trends.
