Haber is solving water and energy scarcity through AI-driven chemistry and engineering. As we scale and grow, we're looking for someone to build our procurement function - design how it should work.

What you'll do:

Own end-to-end procurement of specialty chemicals, reagents, sensors, and technical components for R&D;

Lead vendor negotiations — RFQs, multi-vendor comparisons, total cost of ownership, not just price

Build SOPs and governance for a function

Bring AI and digital tools into procurement — spend analytics, demand sensing, automated workflows

Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership real visibility into spend, risk, and savings

What you'll need:

5-10 years in procurement or supply chain, ideally with exposure to chemicals or technical materials





Comfort with ambiguity — R&D; runs on what the lab needs this week, not annual forecasts

Solid negotiation skills and the ability to hold a technical conversation with engineers and chemists

Qualifications (must-have):

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related science field (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management also considered)

MBA or equivalent management degree

Notice period of 60 days or less — must
