Republic Motors is a growing automotive business focused on delivering reliable vehicle solutions and maintaining strong operational and customer service standards. We are looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to support our procurement and vendor management activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchase activities.
- Identify, evaluate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Source products/services as per company requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines and other commercial terms.
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase data and documentation.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, invoices and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with Accounts and internal departments for invoice and payment processing.




- Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval processes.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Procurement / Purchase processes.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to compare quotations and analyse costs.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Procurement / Purchase / Vendor Management.
- Candidates from the automotive, automobile, automotive trading, spare parts or related industries will be preferred.
