Role & responsibilities :

- Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies for HR services aligned with organizational goals.

- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard HR service providers; maintain robust vendor relationships.

- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.

- Cost Optimization: Drive efficiency and savings through effective procurement planning and vendor performance management.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, labor laws, and audit requirements.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to align procurement with workforce strategies.





- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, benchmark costs, and recommend innovative solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience (12+ years) in procurement, vendor management, or HR services sourcing.

- Strong knowledge of HR outsourcing, recruitment vendors, payroll services, and training providers.

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.

- MBA/PGDM in HR, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
