Role & responsibilities To manage end-to-end procurement activities for real estate development projects, ensuring timely sourcing, commercial optimization, vendor management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities Procurement & Commercial Management • Issue Request for Proposals (RFPs) documents.

- Review technical and commercial proposals in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial comparison statements and recommendation reports.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and finalize pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions.
- Support management in achieving cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.

Vendor Management • Identify, evaluate, and onboard current vendors.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to complete vendor registration requirements on Sobha's procurement portal.



SAP & Procurement Operations • Manage all SAP procurement activities from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Analysis & Sourcing • Develop and maintain supplier networks across UAE, India, and China markets.
- Conduct market research, benchmark pricing, and identify alternative sourcing opportunities.
