AP2S Lifestyle is the authorised procurement partner of Sharv Enterprises (Firelock Denim), a denim garment manufacturer-exporter with its factory at Kumarbagh Industrial Area, Bettiah, Bihar. We are hiring a Procurement Coordinator to run our purchase desk in Lucknow.

Role: Own procurement end to end. Convert factory indents into RFQs, collect competing quotes from multiple market buying teams (Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bihar), prepare landed-cost comparative statements, obtain Director approval, raise POs and track every order to delivery and payment.

Responsibilities

- Issue numbered RFQs to buying teams with firm deadlines
- Verify vendor quotes and build comparative statements
- Raise purchase orders on approval; track dispatch, GRN and payment
- Maintain vendor master, benchmark price list and savings ledger
- Weekly summary and monthly scorecard to the Director

Requirements





- 37 years in purchase, sourcing or merchandising at a garment export house or denim unit
- Working knowledge of denim fabric (oz/GSM, shrinkage, shade lots) and trims (zippers, buttons, rivets, labels, threads) with their price ranges
- Robust Google Sheets/Excel; Hindi and English
- Process-minded, strict on documentation, comfortable rejecting incomplete indents or unverified quotes

Compensation: 35,000–55,000 per month plus quarterly performance bonus up to one month's salary. Laptop and company SIM provided. Occasional travel to Bettiah.
