Job Summary:

We are seeking a Process Mining Techno-Functional Consultant for an initial 6-month engagement, with potential for a full-time role. The ideal candidate brings deep process mining expertise and hands-on customer experience, contributing to deployment planning, running POCs/POVs, and wider product implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Contribute actively to the functional design and ongoing development of the process mining/process intelligence product, working closely with the technology team to provide functional and customer input.
- Provide practical process mining expertise and customer-informed input into the product roadmap and future functionality.
- Bring insights from previous customer implementations to help identify functionality that customers value, functionality that provides limited value, and potential gaps in the product.
- Contribute to the development of the deployment approach and implementation plan for the product within customer organizations.
- Participate in proofs of concept (POCs) and proofs of value (POVs).




- Support the sales team in a pre-sales capacity, including product demonstrations and customer discussions.
- Progressively support customer deployments, implementations, and onboarding.
- Work across technology, functional, and business stakeholders during product development and customer engagements.
- Provide process mining subject-matter expertise, particularly around practical deployment challenges, customer requirements, and implementation considerations.
- Progressively take on product-owner-type responsibilities, with the potential to develop into a Product Owner role.

What We’re Looking For:

- 10–15 years of overall professional experience in a techno-functional capacity.
- 6–7 years of experience in process mining/process intelligence with strong functional and domain expertise.
- Experience with one or more process mining/process intelligence platforms, such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, iGrafx, Minit, Apromore, Mindzie, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience working with and deploying process mining solutions within customer organizations.
- Strong understanding of the practical challenges involved in implementing and deploying process mining solutions.
- Ability to provide customer-informed input into functional product design, functionality, and product roadmap decisions.
- Experience working with technology, functional, and business stakeholders.
- Experience participating in POCs/POVs, customer demonstrations, and process mining implementations.
- Ability and willingness to support presales and other customer-facing activities.

- Remote role (work from home)
- Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (IST)
