Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Process Coordinator to oversee and manage workflow processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of all steps within defined processes, enabling timely and productive completion of tasks. This role involves sharing accurate information with all stakeholders and maintaining consistency across workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end business processes as per defined flowcharts.

- Ensure all tasks within the workflow are executed within the specified timelines.

- Communicate relevant information effectively with all stakeholders involved in the process.

- Track progress, identify delays, and follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to company standards.





- Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements in workflows.

Skills & Competencies:

- Pleasant personality with a cooperative, polite, and professional attitude.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Requirements:

- Non-technical background.

- Candidate should reside within 45 minutes travel distance from the office.

- Prior experience in coordination or administrative roles will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
