Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

- Audit employee work activities and check effective utilization of working hours.
- Monitor and verify employee updates in CRM and other reporting systems.
- Compare assigned work, actual activities and final output.
- Audit department-wise reports and identify gaps, delays and discrepancies.
- Work closely with all departments to understand their processes and daily activities.
- Identify productivity, process, communication and manpower-utilization gaps.
- Conduct discussions with employees and managers to understand the root cause of performance gaps.
- Verify whether reported activities match actual work and business output.
- Prepare employee-wise and department-wise audit reports for Management.
- Track corrective actions and follow up on unresolved or repeated issues.
- Provide practical recommendations to improve productivity and process efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure objective, data-based reporting.
