- Use ZoomInfo and related platforms to execute email outreach campaigns.
- Generate and customize email content based on predefined requirements, templates, and campaign instructions.
- Schedule and send emails according to campaign timelines and instructions.
- Follow predefined processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor campaign activities and report any issues or irregularities to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic proficiency in English, particularly reading and understanding written instructions.
- Good computer skills and the ability to work comfortably with web-based applications.
- Basic knowledge of email, MS Office/Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to perform repetitive operational tasks consistently.
- Ability to identify basic errors and seek clarification when required.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

WORK LOCATION : Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala JOB TYPE : Full time, office based

WORK DAYS : Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun off)

WORK SHIFT : Night Shift (6 p.m. – 3 a.m.)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
