Principal – CBSE School

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide academic and administrative leadership for the school.

- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, academic standards, and policies.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor teaching and non-teaching staff.

- Oversee student discipline, academic performance, attendance, and overall development.

- Manage parent engagement and address student/parent concerns effectively.

- Ensure compliance with CBSE and other applicable regulatory requirements.

- Plan and monitor academic activities, examinations, co-curricular programmes, and school operations.

- Work closely with the Management on school development, quality improvement, and growth initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:

- Master's Degree with B.Ed. preferred/required as applicable.

- 10+ years of experience in school education, with significant experience in a senior leadership role.

- Prior experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School / Academic Head in a CBSE school preferred.

- Robust leadership, communication, people-management, and administrative skills.

Pay: ₹25,166.62 - ₹50,000.00 per month
