Principal – Islamic School

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and responsible School Principal to lead our institution and oversee its academic, administrative and pastoral functions.

The ideal candidate should be committed to maintaining a strong academic environment rooted in Islamic values, ethics and character development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school.

Supervise teachers and staff and ensure high standards of teaching and discipline.

Develop and implement academic plans, school policies and improvement initiatives.

Maintain a safe, respectful and positive learning environment for students.

Coordinate with teachers, parents and management regarding students’ academic and overall development.

Ensure discipline, punctuality and professional standards among staff and students.

Promote Islamic values, good character, manners, ethics and a respectful school culture.

Monitor curriculum implementation, examinations, assessments and student progress.

Handle day-to-day school administration and resolve issues effectively.

Work closely with the school management to achieve the institution’s educational vision.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of relevant school leadership/administrative experience.

Candidates with 2+ years of Vice Principal experience may also be considered for the Principal position,



including candidates transitioning into their first Principal role.

Freshers may be considered if they have substantial relevant leadership experience, particularly as a Vice Principal, Coordinator, Academic Head or in a similar school leadership position.

No specific age restriction – candidates will be considered based on their qualifications, experience, leadership ability and suitability for the role.

Strong communication, leadership, organisational and decision-making skills.

A genuine commitment to students’ academic, moral and personal development.

Familiarity with Islamic values, practices and educational principles is highly preferred.

Knowledge and understanding of Muslim maslak/traditions followed by the school will be an added advantage.

Candidates who can effectively integrate Islamic values with modern education and professional school management are especially encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
