Only Apply if you have Freight Forwarding Experience The Candidate must have experience of 3-4 years in Containerized Freight Forwarding companies / Shipping Lines in Pricing/Rates as per shipping standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Shipping lines for Pricing Requests.
- Ensure Accurate Rate Calculation.
- Communicate with customer and internal sales team to ensure all requests are met in timely manner.
- Able to raise and resolve shipping line rates disputes.
- Manage Internal Company Rates Sheet and keep track of rates quoted to customers and team.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary rates changes and stay up to date with Logistics news.
- Provide timely updates and communications related to rate change to customers and team.
- Perform multi-tasking effectively to manage the workload and meet operational requirements timely.
- Ability to communicate and resolve shipping lines and customer disputes.





Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree .
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding and Shipping Lines, with a focus on Pricing and Rates Calculation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Shipping Terms and how to calculate shipping lines rates.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
